NAPLES, Fla. (Sept. 11, 2013) – Justin Zions has been named district manager for Naples Flatbread & Wine Bar. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the staff, processes, procedures and operations of all three of the restaurant’s Southwest Florida locations, including two in Naples and one in Estero.
A native of Tampa, Zions has lived in Southwest Florida for approximately five years. He began his journey with Naples Flatbread about three years ago, working his way up through the ranks. He began as a server, then was promoted to an assistant manager, followed by general manager, which lead to his position as district manager. He has spent more than six years in the restaurant industry.
Naples Flatbread specializes in Neapolitan pizza and gourmet flatbreads cooked in a fiery hearth oven. The menu includes a wide assortment of flatbread toppings, hearth-baked pasta dishes, fire roasted wings, Panini sandwiches on artisan bread, fresh seasonal salads, osso buco, boneless short ribs, roasted salmon, a variety of desserts and more.
