NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 18, 2014) – Naples Flatbread & Wine Bar has named Gary Greene District Manager – Tulsa. In his new position, Greene will be responsible for managing and cultivating all operations of the Tulsa market in accordance with the Naples Flatbread standards. He will focus on daily operations, manager development, promoting exceptional hospitality and assisting in implementing operational procedures for both of the restaurant’s Tulsa locations.
Greene has a long and successful career in the restaurant industry, spanning nearly 20 years. Past positions include a corporate bar trainer with Tony Roma’s and fine dining server at Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant Spago. He also opened several restaurants across the country for Puck, both as a trainer and manager, and opened the new concept “Wolfgang Puck Pizza Bar” as AGM in Charlotte, North Carolina before returning to Tulsa to work as general manager of Wolfgang Puck Bistro.
